The absolute worst word in Ping's vocabulary right now is 'stupid'. In case you read that wrong, the word is actually 'stupid', I'm not saying that the word is stupid. Ah, you know what I mean.
Anyhow, it is kind of fun watching her mind process language and emotion. Because occasionally she will mutter 'stupid' under her breath. She's not really angry at anything. She is just trying the word out. Feeling the power. But, as soon as I acknowledge that I heard her, she is mortified. Totally crestfallen, she acknowledges that she shouldn't use that word. I don't know how I'll react when she learns really bad words. But right now, it is still cute.
