Probably only geekysexy to hardcore geeks, but Microsoft has released the ASP.NET Web Matrix project. It is basically a scaled down version of VisualStudio.Net that allows anybody to create ASP.NET pages. And the application is free!.
Also, in the same vein, MS has will be releasing their Web Forum Controls for ASP.NET in the next couple days. Expect to see a lot of .NET forums in the future.
